At Dawat-e-Durood-o-Salam Welfare Foundation, the Employment (Rozgar) Support Program is focused on empowering deserving Sadat families by helping them achieve financial independence and long-term stability. Many individuals face unemployment or underemployment due to lack of resources, skills, or opportunities. This program is designed to provide practical solutions that enable families to earn a dignified livelihood.

Under this initiative, we provide income-generating facilities such as bikes and rickshaws to eligible individuals. These resources allow beneficiaries to start work immediately in areas such as delivery services, ride services, or local transport, helping them generate regular income. Along with the vehicle support, guidance is provided to help individuals manage their work responsibly and sustainably.

All beneficiaries are carefully verified to ensure transparency and fair distribution. The goal of the Rozgar Support Program is not short-term relief, but long-term self-reliance, enabling families to meet their daily needs, support education and healthcare, and live with dignity. Through this initiative, we aim to reduce dependency on aid and build a stronger, self-sufficient Sadat community.
