At Dawat-e-Durood-o-Salam Welfare Foundation, the Weekly Ijtema is a regular spiritual and community gathering organized to strengthen faith, unity, and moral values among Sadat families. In today’s busy and challenging lives, this gathering provides a peaceful space where individuals can reconnect with their faith and find spiritual comfort.
The Weekly Ijtema includes recitation of the Holy Quran, Durood Shareef, Islamic teachings, and spiritual talks, followed by collective dua for peace, forgiveness, and the wellbeing of the Ummah. These sessions are conducted in a calm and respectful environment, encouraging reflection, learning, and spiritual growth for attendees of all ages.
Beyond its spiritual importance, the Weekly Ijtema also helps build strong community bonds. It promotes brotherhood, mutual support, and unity among Sadat families, reminding everyone of shared values and responsibilities. Through this gathering, the foundation aims to nurture both the spiritual and social wellbeing of the community, creating an atmosphere of peace, respect, and togetherness.
